Everything seems to be going extremely well. I've really only had a couple more challenging ones (1:1 feedback-coaching sessions), but I'm doing okay with them. One manager in (xx), for example, just isn't used to feedback. They do not have a culture of feedback there. So he was very quiet during our one-on-one, but I think he felt more comfortable by the end that the 360 is not a "got you" tool, and he will be even more comfortable when we talk with his manager and he fully realizes the positive approach-that he really owns it, not us. This has been a terrific process. I'm learning so much during these meetings-it has immensely helped me with training and development planning. I have a much clearer understanding and perspective what is needed. Your tool works so well in really getting down to the detail in a way the managers and I can truly understand, as you know.
